When you submit an Email Reading request or Live Reading booking, we collect your name, email address, and (for bookings) phone/WhatsApp number, along with the question or notes you provide. This information is used only to deliver your reading or session and to communicate with you about payment and scheduling.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the payment provider needed to process your payment.

Your question and reading content are kept confidential and are not shared with anyone outside of House of Seers.
